On Friday June 22 the Washington Post reported that President Bush would make the following appointments:

Robert Pasternack to be Assistant Secretary of Education for the Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services (OSERS). He is the director of special education in New Mexico.

Joanne M. Wilson to be Commissioner of the Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA). She is founder and director of the Louisiana Center for the Blind.
