Midlife Menu
Midlife Menu is a coaching and training company that empowers mature workers to take control of their lives. They specialize in programs that enhance the networking, job search and interview skills of the workers who are 50-plus. Their coaching sessions motivate baby boomers to set and achieve life and career goals, manage change and plan for a fulfilling retirement.
Midlife Menu Founder Michele Nuzzo is a certified life coach and retirement coach who earned a master’s degree in clinical psychology. Her professional background includes more than 25 years in corporate and nonprofit settings, including several years as a human resources representative and senior benefits and policies advisor for a multinational corporation.
