Disability Awareness Training

In order to have the most effective disability and diversity program, all of your employees - and particularly those involved in the hiring process - should be educated and fully informed of the integration of people with disabilities. Quite often, managers won't hire someone with a disability because they don't know what is involved, or because they are afraid that it will cause more problems than it solves. This is rarely the case.

HirePotential will provide you with Disability Awareness Training that can be customized to meet your needs and objectives. Hire Potential has an extensive set of training components from which you can choose. CEU's are available upon request These programs include:

  • Affirmative Action and Disability
  • Disability Awareness/ Etiquitte
  • Technical Accommodations
  • Pre-Employment
  • Meeting and Conducting and Interview
  • Employment Checklist for Hiring
  • Serving Customers with Disabilities
  • Managing Employees with Disabilities

HirePotential's Disability Awareness Training allows you to create an environment that is accommodating and welcoming to as many people as possible, with the least amount of individualized accommodation and impact. We also ensure that your internal workforce is comfortable and competent in employing and retaining people from the Untapped Workforce.
